Signs of heart attack:

  • Continuous chest pain (center or left sided), radiating to the jaw and down one or both arms.
  • Sudden dizziness
  • Extreme fearfulness
  • Profuse sweating
  • A rapid, weak, pulse. Racing heart (palpitation)
  • Fainting
  • Gasping for air
