Signs of heart attack:

Continuous chest pain (center or left sided), radiating to the jaw and down one or both arms.
Sudden dizziness
Extreme fearfulness
Profuse sweating
A rapid, weak, pulse. Racing heart (palpitation)
Fainting
Gasping for air
