This was easy to follow the videos were informative and a great refresher I did notice two typos regarding written text there was mention to start CPR on child if more than bpm pulse was felt but in fact it should be less than bpm which video confirmed

Having done Hands on classes previously I am happy this option exists to renew a CPR card However I would recommend anyone getting first time CPR certification to followup with a class with hands on practice

This is the nd time Ive used your program great easy videos not boring quick to test options Great valuecosts My only issue was an employer refused my card response time slow from your team in rectifying which did get done but it took over a week and multiple exchanges with reexplanations Otherwise Ive recommended often stars for customer service stars for program split for sorry
