I encourage everyone to have at least basic skills for first aid and CPR Never know when you need to apply the knowledge if ever but when you do you will know what to do These lessons are relatively easy to comprehend but take notes Im glad that I renew my certification I learn something new very time This time I learned more about the use of AED
