It may be free to take your classes but you have to buy the certificates everyone cant afford to pay for those fees in such cases you could offer a letter of participation

If there are special ways to make a password you need to say that I tried times with the same password and it never worked but only said it was invalid If you cant have special symbols or numbers you need to say so Its very frustrating
