Very easy to understand The flow is perfect it takes you from an intro to CPR the anatomy and physiology then adult CPR rescue breathing to infant CPR for adults to infants choking victims to how an AED devices components work and summarizes it all I advise you to watch the videos they are very informative This is a very nice program Ill definitely use it again and recommend it to my fellow nurses
