I am retired from nursing but wanted to keep up on my BLS certification without having to pay an arm and a leg I found this site on line and decided to check it out The course included videos as well as written guidelines It is as thorough as when I recertified through the hospital It doesnt allow practicing on a mannequin but I have done it enough times over the past years and feel very comfortable with my skills I was able to complete the course and then decide if it was something I wanted to purchase I definitely feel it is worth the purchase price
