The First Aid course is concise and teaches the essentials needed for a first responder to provide emergency care to someone in need for many common first aid situations and the BLS CPR course teaches the proper CPR techniques to potentially save the life of an infant child or adult who has stopped breathing andor suffered a heart attack This is critical knowledge that everyone should be aware of in their daily lives to assist others in timesensitive life sustaining situationsThe American Academy of CPR and First Aid does a good job of presenting the course material a simple to read format along with video demonstrations I would recommend these courses for gaining basic and vital knowledge in recognizing and correctly responding to acute medical situations of all types
