Having been hands on certified about years ago this training has brought me up to speed with newer and more effective techniques for CPR I found that the AED training was especially informative as so many businesses and professional buildings have them as standard first aid equipment The videos were very helpful in helping to cement the mechanics of technique for administering CPR as well as Heimlich maneuver Very user friendly Thanks for the great experience
