I love the fact that i dont have to spend an afternoon in a different location to re certifythe videos and print are great re enforcements of the materialtakes less than min to complete course and exam however i do miss the hands on courses but i have done many many hands on so it was easy to just mimick the actions with the video for practicethank you for the friendly reminder that my certificate is to expire no other training center has ever done that thank you for a great program
