Better Sleep<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sleeping better for a full 7 to 8 hours each night is\nnecessary. People who sleep for less than 6 hours or suffer from insomnia are\nmore likely to have bad health, low energy levels and a weaker immune system.\nIf left unchecked, a person can develop heart\ndiseases or is at risk of suffering from a stroke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Take the time to sleep for 7 to 8 hours each night so that\nyou can show up to work bright eyed and bushy tailed.
