-Check carotid pulse
- at least 100/minute
-2 inches or at least 1/3rd  the depth of  the chest


- 1 second duration
- Every 3-5 seconds
- 12-20 breaths/minute
 Infant CPR  (0-11  months) 30:2 15:2
- Check brachial pulse
- at least 100/minute
-1 ½ inches or at least 1/3rd  the depth of the chest


- 1 second duration
- Every 3-5 seconds
